Hello! Mr. Baren asked for some help researching various topics, so I am going to go to the library. I need help though, because I am not from Recolle. Things we need to look up: • information on Recolle's founders • how much of history has been rewritten • riddles? So if anyone wants to help out, meet me at the library. And for anyone who was assigned tasks, if you need some basic first aid, I will have a kit with me. I can also make deliveries if you need food or supplies.

[Baren doesn't actually respond - once week 2's wrapped up and he sees the post, he makes a trip to the library in person. At least by now he's cleaned up and rested... temporarily, before he goes back to work again, but that's still gotta count for something. He grins when he sees Li-na, giving her a wave.]

[Look, he's clearly older than her. She has to be polite. Hearing her name, Li-Na looks up and returns Baren's wave when she spots him.]

How's it going? I was thinking of bringing coffee but I figure anything I make won't be as good as a pro.

I did a coffee run an hour ago. But I do not think anyone would say no.

You were right about the history changing. We found references to monster attacks predating the convention.

I am starting to feel that way after doing this research.

[she pulls over a book on local history and points at a map on one of the pages. the ocean is missing.]

I live really close to the beach. I swam in that ocean several times. And now everything says it was never there in the first place.

... of course it is. Someone I know lived right on it - lived on a boat and everything. So the ocean took his house with it....

[Zoro's going to be yelling about this for a thousand years anyway.]

I wonder if it'll all come back at once when we're done, or if we'll have to wait for increments again. Like with horses.

And how there are blue and green things here and there? Like blueberries and green pears?

Oh - yeah, about that...

[He pulls out his phone and also grabs a video - it's from the unreality twist that he wandered into. When he shows Li-na the video, it's a beautifully blue ocean.]

I grabbed this the other day.

It seems like it's just in the city that we can't see it.

[Li-Na stares at the video. The lack of color in the ocean near Chiyo's house bothers her every day.]

So... if we go outside of the city, colors are normal? Horses are normal?

I can't say for sure. The unreality thing... it might be an entirely different plane of existence, not just outside the city.

[But he'll let the video play until it's all out. There were all sorts of colorful fishes in there.]

But at the very least, they haven't stopped existing entirely. It's not some mass hallucination.

[Li-Na crosses her arms in thought.]

Then somehow, eventually, we may see the sky and ocean return to being blue. And the grass and trees to green. Blue fruits and flowers... and even the blue on your phone. We can see those again.

I think it'll happen. It's slow-going, but blue's back in video shit now. So it's not like it got erased entirely... except from the consciousness of the people around us. It's part of shit getting rewritten.

[He taps his fingers against the nearest table in thought at that.]

... I wonder if it's part of being to completely rewrite and manipulate reality.

Then you think what is affecting blue and green is connected to what has made the monsters appear and the records to change?

[because that's what it sounds to Li-Na like Baren is saying]

Maybe not the monsters - it's harder to pin that on something specific, I think. That got way out of hand for everybody involved... but records changing? Maybe. That sort of way that they affect things and everyone that doesn't have the app believes it.
