yo. looks like there's still some residual effects coming up, but they should be pretty harmless since the kid was in charge of redistribution. she says it should be "cool". just don't do some damn idiot thing about them and you should be fine.

this is absolutely not in my job description but the intern's busy and half of r&d is still banned and hr is on honeymoon. so you'll just have to deal with the lack of fancy bullshit.

Most things would be better. I would sacrifice another animal if it meant no one disappeared from reality for a while.

Hopefully we can avoid both animal sacrifice and disappearing! I'd rather not deal with any jungles again anytime soon.

I meant like the disappeared horses, not like animal blood over an altar kind of sacrifice.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if literal animal sacrifice had been involved somewhere, at some point.

Wouldn't it be nice if our memories were just of things like petting cute animals? And not what they actually usually are.

That would be nice! Instead I've gotten memories that are either confusing at best or potentially traumatizing at worst, and I've been perfectly content to ignore the latter!

Can you teach me how to ignore traumatic memories?

Unfortunately, I've found that it's a skill that isn't easily taught! All I do is focus on anything but that and it works for me!
