The cover of my new magazine. Many told me that it wasn't possible, that what I was doing was mad, but I have realized that this is my passion and I will go through with it. With enough luck, this shall be printed and released to the world within the next week (typos are intentional, by the way). Who wants a copy? Taking questions if anyone has any. Also looking for editors or whoever wants to help continue this creation.

I do not own 689 cats because I actually own 700 cats.

All the cats in Recolle are mine.

Only 12. I gave away a lot of cats so we don't have that many anymore.

Would the strays I feed and care for count? Because that would jump my numbers significantly.

If you do not have an official record of ownership, they cannot be counted as your cats.

If you are not officially documented as an owner,
then I cannot accept you as their owner.

If that is all you need to own a cat, then these cats must have many, many, owners.
