Upon opening this entry at all, characters will find themselves spammed with notifications and strange glitched texts until they make some sort of suggestion for a new application feature on the Retrospec app. This can range from a personalized friends list to a watermelon image gallery to a watergun charging station. It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

And eventually, you will no longer share their company, so nothing is forever. But, yes. Let us blame the app and its company. That seems simple enough, not to mention true. Much of this is their fault.

No. In fact, none of us have yet met one of their employees ever. Their office is empty and strange, and they do not return calls. They only send us things and invade our lives for whatever strange design that they have.

Maybe they're like meerkats and disappear whenever someone approaches. Or oh! Perhaps they only work at night!

I would suggest that you prepare yourself for a lot more humor to deal with the problems. They will not be going anywhere soon, and even when they do, there is bound to be something new, is there not?

I liked it better when my only problem was trying to decide which ribbon to wear with which dress. Things have gotten much more complicated with a phone.

Advertisers who work over the phone. You will likely encounter them eventually. If someone offers to sell you something over it, best to say no.

They can be quite sneaky, I'm told. I usually shut them up as quickly as possible because of that. Still, like you said, you can't very well buy anything from them.

To an extent. It's usually both pushy and formal, so I couldn't tell you what they are like in terms of how polite they really are. They've usually got a script they have to follow, and get very confused if you get them off of it.

Well at least they're polite. It would be much more rude to be pushy and insulting. Though the pushy part is a bit problematic, now isn't it? Well, hopefully, they shan't bother me.
