Actually I saw an advertisement for Chili Pepper Truffles once. And then Akira had ghost peppers.

How did you make those? I have always attempted to fill chocolate with mapo tofu but it never seems to work.

Part of the secret is we're layering multiple dumpling wrappers so they're thicker and have more structural integrity. That way we can shape them more easily and not worry about the filling gushing out. It'd be very sad to have bleeding penguins.

It's a little hard to tell, but only a few of them have the onions and pepper. Akira made a puree so more of the spicy ones have that in it! No onions.

Ah, I see. I hadn't thought of adding more layers so that the mapo tofu sauce would not pour out. It seems simple when one points it out.
