[ For the record, Natalia has short hair (unlike her canon counterpart, so just ignore that braid in the back) and while she did manage to get the armor on around it, her left arm is a prosthetic from the elbow up. Her eyes are already red though! Also the background of this image is her apartment, done up with a timed photo on a cell phone camera. ]

The region I was in back then was quite warm, now I think of it. A near-tropical climate, maybe? Like Florida?

Some! I was the owner's family and I did what I could for them, of course.

I was sick when I was really young and then had to deal with the aftermath of that in my teen years. By the time I could help dad and the workers enough to do more than help with storage, it was a little too late. So I did help! But I was never a huge help.

I wouldn't want to look dismissive of my family, and I realized I did there by accident. Don't worry about it!

It's just a matter of talking around my left arm, you know? (it's a prosthetic)

It is! I'm actually really fond of this model, it's a nice compromise between being functional and not looking like some hook hand. I had one of those for a while, it got teased for it a little in high school!

Only if you're in a pirate movie! Those ones aren't too practical, though.
