March 5 near Pawn PromotionSo, question for everyone. If you’re a magical being of some sort that supposedly blesses people, but you’re also known as a Reaper, what do you think that exactly means?

I am merely teasing.
But good.

Money is money and I'll save it where I can.
no subject
And I may have to pick your brain a little on how to run a business.

no subject
That is my situation, too.
What is that saying?
Between the two of us we may have two pennies to rub together?
no subject
A second job is the only reason I have money to spend, but it's worth it.
no subject
You didn't pick up your shop due to your father's dying wish, did you?
And what is your second job?
no subject
I also have an obsession with coins so there's that too.
As for my second job, I work at Club Sunshine as a host.
no subject
And a better thing to do than continue to horde it all or sell it on eBay.
Speaking of, do you have anything that looks haunted? I am thinking of an early present for someone.
Club Sunshine, hm.
I have never been.
But it makes sense.
You do appear to be aesthically pleasing to look at.
What an odd thing to say.
But sadly, I never really know what others consider good-looking or beautiful due to my own tastes running more to the macabre. But I acknowledge it is a possibility that you are handsome, at least.
no subject
Maybe.
I don't know.
[His domain of misfortune has been returning so...]
In any case, I'll accept your compliment. I do think I'm rather good looking myself and others tell me that as well.
Though macabre tastes, huh? Mind telling about them? I'm slightly curious.
no subject
[ Like he has any right to ask that. ]
Then it is probably true.
And did you see that zine posted? Doll Parts? I found the images beautiful, myself, but I am aware that most would find it unsettling.
no subject
[Because it sort of is, but shhh.]
And I haven't seen it. I usually try not to use this app too much, if I'm being honest. However, I'll have to look it up at some point just out of curiosity.

A supernatural being is superstitious.
[ Anyway! ]
Please do.
And I'd ask you not to judge too harshly, but it'd be understandable if you did.
no subject
...it's interesting, I suppose.
[He's judging, but he's also trying not to judge...]
no subject
It's fine if you don't like it, haha.
no subject
It's definitely not a culture thing, but an aesthetic that people like, as if they do find the idea of death intriguing without wanting to be near death themselves.
Like they're curious about it.
I personally don't find death beautiful, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate that some people do.

No, it's merely the ugliness that intrigues and fascinates me.
What others call "ugly," anyway.
I happen to see it as "pretty."
I won't deny that humans have a curiosity towards death, but I don't.
Because it's life that is far more interesting.
no subject
But I also find life more interesting. It's why I'm having trouble grasping this Reaper idea.
Yet who I am as a Reaper and what our popular culture believes a Reaper is, I honestly think they're different. Maybe. There's still obviously a lot of things I'm unsure about.
no subject
I don't liken those pictures to death as you do.
I liken them to living.
Well.
Life may be interesting, but it has to end.
Nothing can go on forever.
And so, "you" get to put the final mark to a beautiful story.
I think that still makes life interesting.
no subject
I'm still not sure.
It's all confusing.
[It will also be like t-20 minutes before he ICly gets an awful memory, oops.]
no subject
"You" put the final mark at the end.
"You" get to decide it.
For you see, it is that final mark that makes life beautiful.
Think of it as adding the last stroke to a ballad, if you would.
And so I have no fascination with death, it is just the end of a masterpiece and I would rather listen to the song.
no subject
Though, 'to kill is to save' does sound like a pretty Reaper thing.
