You know, I think some April Fool's pranks are okay! Like the silly ones they do on websites or the really good natured kind. But I am LESS okay with someone changing the ENTIRE layout of our entire building and giving us treasure maps to go around it which for the record my brother-in-law did and it's a pain!! There's some weird effects coming in from outside this planet at the moment, although they'll mostly miss the city itself. There'll be a localized temporal storm, but it shouldn't be more than a mild irritation. It looks like it's just going to yank some things around and send them on through. I think Maurice is going to call out sick that day, or if I were him I definitely would. Hey, I kind of want a four-leaf clover. I know that's more last month than this month, but still. If you find one, pass it along. Also, I want to do a cutesy April Fools thing, so don't get too mad! but most cat memes are founded in part on their tenuous grasp on the concepts of spelling and grammar
since they are cats and not very smart
in this case the other half of the joke is that the cat wants a cheeseburger
because cats like to beg for people food i guess
when put together however
the viewer realizes that the whole is less than the sum of its parts
its a classic example of a protomeme
nowadays its very existence
its enduring popularity despite its objective mediocrity
has become the joke in and of itself
