So has Retrospec ever changed bodies in a positive way? I woke up this morning, and I was in way better shape. Not that I was in bad shape before, but almost all my body fat is gone. I've got muscle definition and everything. It's like I went to bed and got 10 years worth of exercise all in one night. I'm including this photo since I immediately put on an old cosplay, but don't want to subject you all to my scrawny self without warning. Is this cheating at fitness?
