A Question

I have a question for all of you if you do not mind. It has to do with certain powers that some of us are regaining. How does one control something like the sudden arrival of superior strength and speed? It's becoming very problematic for me and I know I've disturbed my roommate on more than one occasion because of it. He's not on the app like those of us here so this is proving to be very difficult for him. Any suggestions for how to control this will be welcome. Thank you.

I would appreciate that but I'm not even sure where I'd find anything of that nature.
