I don't suppose there are...veterinarians on this network? My question pertains to a creature with no earthly equivalent. I am concerned a sprained wing isn't healing correctly. Post has been edited at 2:35 PM. (Glitches.)

Tell me what kind of creature you are caring for that requires assistance.

A dragon. Not a Komodo, not a glorified crocodile.

And it is not under my care, I am it.

Well, I am a combination of cat and human. I do not know if that is as majestic, nor is this the place to make a comparison...

Tell me--- you must have done something incredible to sprain a wing. Are you at liberty to discuss what you did?

[Normally, Amelia would have been a bit more wary of sharing her latest life story with a stranger, but the flattery certainly helped.]

It is difficult to gauge where, precisely, the ground is when it has not yet been painted. I was attempting to highlight another structure at the time.

and i know lots about animals
and ive had lots of different birds!!!

The wing isn't a bird's; superficially it resembles a bat's but it isn't one of those either.

It's difficult to take a picture of myself at the moment.

[They don't make selfie sticks for dragons, it's very inconvenient.]

I misjudged the distance between an unpainted structure and similarly unpainted ground.

The tree didn't help, however.

No, a dragon. Which is why I said a direct Earth equivalent is unlikely.

Markings? No, I am afraid not. I do have the ears and tail of said animal. They are growing on me, so to speak.

You are doing something very kind. I have tried my best to paint what I can, but the work seems never ending.

I am curious: are you a big dragon? The size of a building? Or a smaller one? I have seen both, but I wonder...

I am far smaller than my apartment building, but I am tall enough to see into a second story window. I've never brought a tape measure with me, so I cannot be more precise than that.
