That's tough... If you lean sideways the entire time to keep that shoulder elevated, the water won't drip down it. And you just... strategically aim the shower head on the lowest setting...?

i had a normal flesh shoulder before
i just showered like normal because i didn't have any metal bits to worry about

This was not quite as outwardly destructive. I am left to assume her tactic was a... deliberate, violent override of something inside her that left her able to disregard her own safety in the name of more anger.

I am not certain what the cost was, but I can assume it was Pyrrhic given how her mysterious companion admonished her for it. I do not see why it would be necessary. She was already adept at killing.
