They're little soft peanut butter cookies that you press Hershey's kisses down into while they're still warm! Delicious, buuuut probably pretty terrible for you haha
I'm not the greatest at baking, either, unless you put a recipe in front of me. Then I can usually manage, at least. But dorms mean no oven, so I'm kind of useless as far as helping you out.
