It had been a few weeks since we've talked, you could have gotten a memory explaining it. I didn't think it would hurt to ask again.
Just trying to wrap my head around magic.
Concerning the lights in the city, it makes me thing how the Great Hall at Hogwarts is lit by floating candle sticks.
