Actually I have a different proposition

I'm kinda into making seafood myself, but other than some local recipes from Portland (the Maine version) and some of my own experimentation I'm kinda lacking a selection of recipes

The thing is: I get free fish as payment for helping out at a fish market, and I kinda wanna spice things up.

Think you could teach me some stuff?
