Status report from the field teams? Same for the rescue teams. We have people out in both locations and from where I'm sitting you guys are moving pretty fast.

The layer itself isn't at a risk of collapsing just yet, but I don't really want to take a bunch of chances.

Also my office has since been taken over by Whistler's Mother and I can't get her to leave, so it looks like I'm temporarily moving. Again. Anybody else having this problem?

Report to me with anything you need. The map on my system's filling out as much as it can, but I feel like I'm missing pieces.

Keep each other posted. Oh, and heads up? Looks like tech had one more batch of testers they were going to bring in, so...if you see anybody new? Try and get them up to speed.

Oh my gosh its cute!

If you're not going to keep it, you can say you ran into some illegal animal smugglers on the back roads of the forest and you manage to save the penguin. And you have reported them to the police. Then I can back up your story and say that since they can't be found in the city it is out of our jurisdiction and we have forwarded the case to the state. They will probably believe me since I am CSI and they're probably stupid enough to actually think I have such power to say and do such things.

In the meantime you might want to do some research on what to feed it. I had to do that when I got an owl.

It's kind of nice to see someone else got a bird from Retrospec.

It is pretty cute, yes.

That seems... really far fetched to the point it might actually work.

I'm pretty sure it's an emperor penguin. Google says they eat fish, krill, squid, and crustaceans. With Antarctic silverfish being the most common fish they eat.

I can't believe she somehow stole a baby penguin from Antarctica.

I am being slightly factitious. I have no idea how she came to be in possession of this penguin.

I remember her getting teleported to Antarctica. Though, I think getting hammerspaced would be more accurate. And there were penguins there.

But there's also this flying penguin I remember? And that one is some kind of banded penguin.

But... penguins don't fly...

I mean, at this point I don't know if she got rescued. There's not many people in Antarctica and it's a big continent! They could have all frozen to death. Imagine being in Magatus without a coat. That's what it felt like.

Rule of thumb with memories, unless you remember dying and your spirit if floating above your body, you aren't dead. And even then you still have a chance to survival.

I doubt she died.

I really hope not, because freezing would be a terrible way to go!
