It's about most of the phones' signal to outside calls, a young man named Akira discovered that he experienced troubles on contacting someone outside the city such as dropped calls and low call quality

I believed his story since I have the same problems as him when I tried to call my friends from Paris a month ago. Strangely, it all happened after Retrospec was launched.

I feel this is too much of a coincidence.
