[ She almost, almost corrects her to "Ms. Marker" - based on the girl's profile picture she's closer to her son's age than her age. But then, if they're all comrades in this, it's not the hugest deal ever. ]

How soon do they start showing up? Are they more like dreams or actually hallucinations?
