Hi everyone! I have a lot to talk about today, bear with me for a bit!

First things first! I noticed that a lot of people were asking around the app for services like doctors and self-defense teachers-- it's easy enough to give out the names of the ones we know, but I thought why not put them someplace easily accessible for everyone? So I wanted to ask people to offer up some contact information for a directory of Retrospeccers. Now that we're a decent sized group of people, we shouldn't hesitate to rely on each other for anything. We're on this crazy maze of Retrospec life together. It's voluntary, of course, so no complaining to me about how Janet and Jim might see your info! 95% sure they already know what I'm asking for anyways, okay.

Fill out the little form below and I'll make a spreadsheet for us. To all our student Retrospeccers, feel free to chime in as a part timer for your work. Oh, and if you're really good at your hobby or you've suddenly remembered how to do something really well, you can put that here too.

(I hope this will also help us keep track of the Retrospeccers who turn back to normal citizens. Eventually I'd like to compile a general list of things all Retrospeccers have experienced, too...but that's a project for another day.)

Okay, that's all the serious stuff. You don't have to keep reading, but if you're going to keep reading: look at this guy!

His name is Terra and he's one of our volunteers at the Recollé Volunteer Association, aka ReVA. (Which is recruiting for summer community events, by the way~! High schoolers, get some volunteer hours under your belt for those college scholarships!)

Why am I showing you his picture? Because the Spring Fair is this weekend and Terra will be at the service auction representing ReVA! He's a big strong guy so for the duration of his time with you, he can help with all the manual labor you need done before summer starts. House chores, no problem. Moving stuff in your store or warehouse? Got you covered, his arms were made for lifting. He lifted a person sitting in a chair once! And yard work? He's not known as the resident Terraformer for nothing!

Okay that last one was a lie, but he's still really good with garden stuff. That and I think Terraformer is a great nickname for him (๑ゝڡ◕๑)

He also makes drinks so if you're feeling like you need some liquid courage to deal with all the stuff Retrospec is throwing at you, he can help you with that too.

AND THEN ONE MORE THING. If you've read this far, thank you for sticking with me until the end (シ_ _)シ The Dreadful Women's Adventure Club event is next weekend on the 27th! Professor Wolf (or Elizabeth Wolf to people who don't have her as a professor, haha) founded the Recollé chapter and this month's event is a trip to a 1920s speakeasy themed escape room, organized by yours truly! As the name implies, it's only open to women, aged 20 and up, and it's a club for us to gather and try new things together. There were four of them, two men and two women, but information about anyone other than the man who became Recolle's first mayor has only been found recently. The four of them banded together to create this city, but the mayor - who started investing in oil and other big business - got took over the nearby farm lands for city development.

I think the video I found in the history museum shows that.

The library should have plenty of information about him. We don't have any record of living relatives, but we're working on tracing the histories of the other three founders at the moment.

a friend told me about a...sort of myth related to the Founders recently. Granted it was supposed to be a scary story, but if we're looking for leads, I wonder if it'd be a good idea to interview some of the long-timers in the city for stories like that?

I could do that and pass it off as a research project. If we have undergraduates of high school students help as a assignment, all the better.

about how the first Founder/mayor's bloodline died out after a while because of mysterious circumstances, I think? Let me look at it again

Luke mentioned most of the things you did, but the 'scary' part of the story was about how some places in the city might be haunted by the ghosts

Same here. I was working on keeping others from going too, but looking back, I wonder what we would have seen.

We should go back now that we're large enough to protect ourselves.

I was discussing this with someone else-- remember how earlier this month Jim commented on what we were up to?

We talked about how, if we try and focus our attention on exploring one area at a time, it might prompt Jim to comment on our progress again

so I'm hoping that I can organize a big group of people to go sometime soon

That's a reasonable idea. He could lie and act as if we're not getting any closer to the truth, but we could find something new there.

exactly! He has a big mouth, and he doesn't seem like the type to edit his thoughts, so even if he sees all of this, sees all this planning, I think he'd still react
