Keep her out of the sun then, obviously. Grell has specifically offered her services for this sort of thing. She's helped to identify changes that have happened to us in the past, though you might want to set up a nighttime appointment.
There is another doctor she's working with, Lucian Trevllyan or something similar. I have only spoken with him briefly. If you cannot get ahold of her, his inbox is here. They will be able to help you and make recommendations.

I know it's hard, but a lot of us have been pretty stubborn. These changes are frightening, and going to deal with them can be very jarring.

She may not need to. People who are not on the app tend not to notice changes like this after a while. They might see it, but they might also think it is normal.

We are chocobo. When something changes, people just stop noticing after a while. I have seen far more drastic changes before. There was a girl ranting about her ears becoming cat ears on the network a few weeks ago. I hear the worst she gets is "Cat Calls," not people saying "AH! Monster!"
They're all under the spell. We're the only ones who realize something is wrong. It also means they might not notice what is actually wrong, so only a doctor on the app is really qualified.

[In regards to all the weird things happening lately, Fynn has no idea what to think anymore. He has a brother with magical healing abilities and a fellow colleague who's apparently some sort of cybernetic assassin thanks to Retrospec. Fynn is just over here yelling at the screen half the time staring at his tablet in disbelief as of late.
