ok, sure, if it had stopped at the horses, i'd buy that.
but when you get rid of the concept of 'blue' as a color, it becomes a little harder to suspend my disbelief that they couldn't immediately change how the mountains of evidence appear to every conspiracy theorist.
after all, how many songs based on the color blue just suddenly stopped making sense? the concept of feeling blue? that's changing some deep cultural ingraining. i can't imagine it wouldn't work the same for conspiracy theorists. the reason it hasn't is because whoever is in charge of this doesn't care, which means it's not the government. half the reason they'd want something like this is to get unquestioning trust/ignorance when weird stuff goes down.
hell if i was the head of the cia, getting rid of the jfk and deep state conspiracies would be at the top of my list.
