Sure enough, Tatsuma can be found sitting on the edge of the fountain looking fairly unassuming, wearing a zip-up hoodie this time. There's a little bit of red splashed on his skin just barely visible under the collar, which... probably explains why the zipper instead of his usual pull-overs.

Next to him are a couple bottles of fake blood, as well as a portable stereo. This is not going to be the most subtle flash mob by a long shot.

Come lend him your talents? Berate him for poor life choices? Beg him to reconsider? The world is your oyster.
