A South Korean poet named Jin Eun-Young wrote a poem called Long Finger Poem. There's no mention of sculpture, though.

Sort of. I haven't read it in awhile but I think it was more about how they were the furthest reaching body part? There were a lot of comparisons to branches.

They didn't give you any other clues than "hand", "poem" and "sculpture"? That's obnoxious.

I found it in an anthology in the University library. I think it was called something innocuous like "Modern Poetry" or something.
