Has anyone here not received those strange instructions on their phone after the monsters started spawning? I haven't and I'm wondering how widespread that is.

My friend left while I wasn't looking and just gave me a general location as to where he was, so I don't think it would have been a good idea to follow on just that.

The instructions must've gone to people who were supposed to have them but that's not a lot of help if you didn't get them

I also wonder how people were chosen to receive those. My friend can't even throw a punch while I can actually fight.

They could've asked for volunteers if they wanted qualified people
