It's still stupid. If anything, it makes it stupider.

That people died because of some mistake Retrospec made is extremely stupid. And unfair. And callous. But that's exactly what they are.

As far as I can tell, yeah. I don't know exactly what happened, but there was something with the unreality twists they couldn't control and it leaked out into reality. That was all the monsters and people going missing. They needed us to clean up their mess and save everyone.

I would've kicked their asses for it, but we were focused on saving people first and punching Retrospec employees in the face second.

Also they were threatening to kick us out of the rescue mission if we didn't play nice. Go figure.
