Having a My Little Chocobo toy in the back of my closet is far less nice than a pony.

All we can do is hope the nightmare doesn't deepen.
That there aren't other wondrous creatures that have been mysteriously lost to us and later revealed as replaced with giant chicken for some nefarious purpose.
