yo. looks like there's still some residual effects coming up, but they should be pretty harmless since the kid was in charge of redistribution. she says it should be "cool". just don't do some damn idiot thing about them and you should be fine.

this is absolutely not in my job description but the intern's busy and half of r&d is still banned and hr is on honeymoon. so you'll just have to deal with the lack of fancy bullshit.

Sorry, I've been explaining Retrospect to a number of people for the last day or so now.
Last month a large number of monsters came out of a projector at the convention and wreaked havoc in the city.
After that a number of us were transported in groups to different worlds where we had to make our ways home.
Its a bit more complicated than that but thats just the summary I'm thinking of.

I didn't hear about the con going crazy
though I kinda remember that but...
I also remember not thinking it was a big deal at the time
no idea what the hell they had me on

All the people off the app thought monsters running around was normal or didn't even notice.
Until a giant monster tried to kill them. Normalcy doesn't remove danger it seems.

guess I got lucky that it picked right then to uninstall and stay home

I guess so.
It feels a bit weird to think about suddenly forgetting everything, though.

I can't say I'm a fan of them rooting around in my head
the jury's still out on if remembering random stuff or forgetting it is worse

It still doesn't feel right to me.

Kai is doing alright, though we had a bit of a scare during the incident last month.
I lost track of him when a monster attacked me.
Fortunately another Retrospect user found him and took care of him.

Some, but never like what happened last month.
When my group and I got back from the jungle, we all ended up joining the final push to clear the city of monsters.

Sort of.
A lot of the groups that got sent to other worlds ended up finding weapons and temporary allies to bring to the fight.

My group up flying in on a dragon with a company of knights behind us.

There seem to be a lot of dragons associated with app users.
