Kaguya Pekoyama 9/3 near Recolle

Following the events of the last month, I've chosen to take up kendo to further my self-defense skills. Does anyone have any recommendations on good instructors in the city, or know anyone that I might be able to spar with? Any leads are appreciated.

Kaguya Pekoyama I already know karate, but I found hand-to-hand combat rather ineffective against the various monsters that were present.
Kaguya Pekoyama So I am hoping to expand my repertoire by learning how to wield a weapon as well, as that seems more promising.

I was thinking of something similar myself, I don't think I can handle hand to hand combat!

Kaguya Pekoyama I was going to start with kendo, and then perhaps move on to swordplay after that.

Wow, you must be pretty strong if you can handle kendo and swords at the same time!

Although, I shouldn't be surprised when you know martial arts!

Kaguya Pekoyama Well, I'm not sure if I'd want to attempt them at the same time...
Kaguya Pekoyama It would depend on how quickly I'm able to pick up the first, I imagine.
Kaguya Pekoyama Nevertheless, you shouldn't be discouraged from learning to defend yourself based on how long it might take.

Although, it would be problematic knowing that I'll have to balance time between this and college now too!
