i need to get back more memories. seem to only get them while dying but i promised not to do that anymore. no drugs either.

but the best way to trigger them on purpose is to take what you have
build it into a framework
and try to fill in the blanks
the more you know the better you can get at guesstimating what all you did
and you can confirm that by doing things to trigger shit
like
talking to people who are kinda like them might help but getting context clues is a lot more intuition and luck
