ok as it happens, memories are not the only things you get for being a Retrospectre I have also gotten a couple of my past self's supernatural abilities and, more relevantly to this conversation, a few items originally belonging to her those arrived in the mail but when I saw them I had this peculiar feeling as if they were mine, and uniquely mine, and had been mine before I got the same sense from this creature when I saw her essentially, although we dont yet know why, these elements of our past lives are being bequeathed to us in a sense we are our own inheritors
