[It's definitely a video, but the camera appears to be filming...nothing? At best, it's pointed at a table, so most of the lens is obscured in darkness. Every so often in moves, revealing a small sliver of light and what appears to be some kind of spilled glass and drink is strewn across the floor.

Nui's voice, however, is clearly audible. No picture is needed for that. Also she is screeching, with increasing volume and emotion by the second.]

I would call 911 if I needed 911 because I'm not FUCKING STUPID![Exclamation points. The defensiveness is apparently warranted though, given how many completely reasonable people are now threatening to go ahead and call the doctor because they don't have any way to know she's freaking out about Retrospec.
