"True. Technology isn't necessarily a perfect fix. I don't actually know why the Other Guy is blind yet. It could have been from a different type of injury or he might have been born that way. Without that knowledge I can't be absolutely sure about his options. I'll have to wait and find out more about the technology that was available in that world.
