Unless we want to face absolute annihilation then we have no choice but to accept our fates of becoming more us than the current us, is that right? If we really are the distorted echoes of whole creatures then I suppose the partial annihilation you're proposing we take as our alternative is a fair price to pay. After all, you did manage to save our souls, or are they the souls of others? That point wasn't entirely clear, neither is how these souls were saved despite the fact that they have never been prosed to have a tangible form to save. Unless, of course, we're meant to take this salvation in a more biblical sense?
