I have been reminded by a boy speaking only who spoke MOSTLY* in capslock that Christmas is coming. So in the spirit of giving, I'm willing to do odd jobs for the month. For a price, of course.

I'm a twenty-year-old med student and I'm good at both science and numbers. I part-time for the Confectionary as their cashier.

Come in relaxed. Get a good night's sleep before. Sometimes the best answer comes from your gut.

And I had tutors back home, but I can't recommend them right now.

What do you think is the best breakfast to eat on the day of? Or, no, that's too subjective and general. Do you remember what breakfast you ate, though?

I could only eat milk and cereals that day, I was too nervous to stomach anything else.

That's the problem, right? I know protein is important, but the heavier the foods you eat, the more likely you'll get an upset stomach, and then you're worse off than before. And it's not like I can just smoke before I take a test.

Smoke? I'm sure no one would bar you from taking the test for smelling like a few cigarettes.

It's less the smell that concerns me and more the . . . um, alteration? Of the way my mind normally works.
Like, obviously it's not that big an alteration, but I have to be as sharp as possible.
I'd never smoke cigarettes, though!

You probably shouldn't. Use it to reward yourself afterwards?

That's true. I was thinking, "but I won't need it afterwards," but that's wishful thinking. I'm sure I'll still be a nervous wreck at least until the results are back. Anyway, how is the med school here? Did you just start this semester?

It's alright. I mean, I could have gone to somewhere "more prestigious" but I chose to be here because of the community, and for the independence. It's less stressful than studying in the more popular universities without sacrificing quality in education.

You'll be a couple years ahead of me, but I hope we'll end up as schoolmates eventually!

Why did studying here instead of someplace more prestigious mean more independence?
