Hitori Togusa 11/9 near Recolle Police Department

For those of you who haven't met me, this is Officer Hitori Togusa, with the Recolle Police. I'm posting today to ask for help in organizing a Recolle Neighborhood Watch. Or, more accurately, a Retrospec Neighborhood Watch. Last month, I saw a lot of people making a lot of effort to help each other out. People trying to keep each other safe, and even the people who couldn't tell that anything strange was going on. It was inspiring. And there were also a lot of questions about what more people can do to help. If there's anything that August and now October have made painfully clear, it's that the RPD can't be in all places at once. But Retrospec can. Credit Oppa Ichirou Matsuoka for the idea. But what we need would be a few civilian volunteers to organize. This would be entirely civilian-run and organized, we're just here to help. You're going to need more than one person running this. The best candidates would be people who already know a lot of people on the app, and who know what they are capable of. Somebody who can point out, "No, that pet dragon is supposed to be there, but the giant spiders might be a problem." As I said, the RPD is going to stay out of the handling of it. I've definitely got some recommendations, but people are free to take or leave them. But any of us Officers will help coordinate and train the organizers. Pretty sure Oppa Frederick Baudin was enthusiastic about the idea. Questions, comments, any volunteers already? Let's talk.

Super Junior? They're one of the legendary groups out there, kind of like how Americans consider bands like Rolling Stones and such.

i'm not exactly up to date on pop around the world. i'm more a classical sort of guy, i let other people make the playlists

Father tried to get me into that. I even had piano lessons as a kid but I really didn't care that much for a lot of the composers. I'm more into the pop and stuff anyways.

so what's the deal with all these other groups they've got? super junior-m and super junior-t and all that?

I switched over to guitar in secondary school. It's much easier to take with me than a piano.

It's kind of a way to keep the group active even when all of the members have various activities that they are doing. So say three are off acting, so you have five members putting a EP out featuring a different style of music instead of the full group's style which is labeled under a slight different name since while they are still part of the group they aren't utilizing the full group sound. It's like how a couple Western acts split up into different bands to pursue styles that they liked better, but instead of it being a huge dramatic 'we are never getting back together', they just are doing their thing and then coming back for a full sound later on.

I guess it might sound weird, but it's pretty normal. Like there's EXO-M and then there is EXO-CBX and EXO-K but they are all still EXO. Just represents which members and styles of music they're doing for the songs they're releasing.
