Well. Unless someone else has gotten an entire house from Retrospec, I rather think I win. In bragging rights, if nothing else.

It's well kept, too. Beyond the hole, the floors are study, the lab is fully stocked, there's furniture . . . I'm impressed.

I'm hardly complaining, but it's a rather large hole placed right next to the bed.

No, it's in the bedroom. It rather takes up the entire bedroom, frankly; there's space enough for a bed and little else.
