looking for some food ideas for thanksgiving and i come across this image i have a few questions about it if you don't mind 1. why would anyone in their right mind make this 2. would you eat this if given the chance 3. if you would eat this, could you let me know your name so i can attempt to blacklist you for 100 years? thank you

A pound of those octopus legs cost around $20 in cheaper seafood stores.
They're not exactly lightweight either.
They're also a side to a combination sushi platter that go for $80 if you want a sweet deal, considering what's on it.
