Anyway, I have the most important poll that you'll ever hear from me, so please make sure to pay close attention, okay? ♪

So, someone I know who just joined us in this app - his name's Leon, by the way! - told me that cats are inferior to dogs, so I want to hear from you guys what you think: Which is the superior creature? Cats or dogs?

Well, that's because someone said that dogs were better than cats, that's why. I wanted to prove if he was right or not.

cats are symbols of mystique and elegance. they carry themselves with eternal grace and are a source of mystery. dogs appeal only to simple emotions, but cats hold our fascination quite like no other animal.

dog lovers are those who take things at face value. they accept a dog because it clearly jumps and wags its tail and makes things stupidly clear. and the dog will always be subservient to such people, and these people will always be the master over these animals. but there is no one person in this world who is a master of a cat. we entertain a cat, we serve a cat, we are pleased when it deigns to give us attention.

dogs are for simple-minded peasants and cats are for intelligent gentlemen.

dogs are all blind emotion, are always inferior to you in status, will not always appeal to everyone's sensibilities because of the idiotically wide diversity of the breed, and are usually stupid and too eager to please. their love for you is too easy to get. their affection is meaningless because it is akin to senseless flattery.

you have to WORK to get a cat's attention. you have to prove to them that you are worthy of their love. they are individual, prideful, self-sufficient, and free. when a cat gives you attention you know how valuable it is. a cat will not run up to just anyone. you can have your own life outside of them, and yet the time you share together is valuable in the fact that you both have decided to share it with one another. they are the images of beauty and superiority and will not lower themselves to some ingratiating level towards you.
