Been trying out some new food places during the holidays, which got me thinking: I'm sure Crepes Bonaparte serves great crepes and all, but... you have to admit, the name is pretty disappointing. I mean, you can't be a really good food truck unless you've got a good pun as your name, you know?

Now, if they'd decided to sell ice cream instead and been Neapolitan Bonaparte, I would totally get behind that.

You can't grow if you already hit your peak
I think it's a good thing!

but theyve limited their peak to start with
if theyd had a broader appeal their peak could have been even higher

Maybe they wanted to build up a stronger base first?
It's better to have gradual growth over time i think
So you don't burn out

well thats a fair point i guess
the question is whether they can actually expand it at this point

Can food trucks expand?
They only post one location a day...

they can expand to having multiple trucks im pretty sure

pretty sure the points just to sell food and make money
ive definitely heard of people owning a fleet of food trucks before
