I don't think it's good to judge on something like that. You don't know what everyone is going through so you should always trust that they're doing something for the right reasons and what is best for them!

Oh! Um...well, it's really more if you're doing it for yourself and you're not doing it to hurt anyone else! I think that's really what matters. If you weren't nice to me but you were doing it because it helps yourself, that's okay too.

That's a good distinction. You're right, I don't know if people could use it as a weapon?? That would definitely be mean. But being inconsiderate can be rude sometimes too.

If you had a lit joint, you could burn someone or start a fire, which would be malicious if it wasn't an accident.

Although you could do that with a match, too, or a tobacco cigarette.

Although I guess it doesn't have to be a completely specialized form of malice in order to count?

Anyway, it's just best to be considerate, I think.
