one of him and hundreds of us? you're right, it'd be draining.
and other therapists wouldn't even believe half of this stuff anyway so maybe it will is up to us to figure it out.
therapy's just...kind of talking though, right? talking and figuring out how to cope with stuff.

It is, but it's different than just talking to your friends about it. A therapist has more distance to be objective: normally, you don't know them outside of therapy, so your problems aren't directly affecting them.

That's going to be a problem with talking about Retrospec to any therapist who'd understand.

i didn't think about it like that either...
so it's kind of a catch 22. either you get someone who won't believe you at all, or you get someone you might accidentally trigger new memories for and stuff.
i want to think there is another answer, but if there is i have no idea what it is.

but until then, we'll just have to keep talking with people when we can, i guess. even if it is not a licensed professional.
either way, that's not a thing to worry about right now. i guess i have a book to check out.
