Hello everyone. If you know or don't know me my name is Elda Marker (as you can see from the username) and I've been on this app since May. It's been increasingly frustrating to me to have to disseminate large amounts of information to people who weren't here for August or just explaining the basics of the basics to new people who are added to the app every other month.

And so I've taken upon myself to make a guide for Retrospec and the related information that we've amassed.

Obviously though, I don't know everything. If you have information that I don't, if some of the information is confusing to you, or if some of my information is incorrect, please feel free to step forward with that information. For the time being I'm going to keep editing it personally just so that the information remains controlled in one spot (so as to not make conflicting narratives) but I highly recommend that you download this guide so that if I am removed from the app you can continue to edit it after I don't remember making it.

I hope that this guide will be helpful for those of you who are currently confused or for better informing new people added to the app in future. Obviously, this can't be just a link and forget type thing, as there is a *lot* of information, but the hope would be it could a resource.

idk what title it is, but he was in charge of the subways. subway master? he had the hat and we talked about underground paths connecting space or something

i dont really remember what his exact words were but he called the tracks twists and one of the places the tracks led to got closed off later bc we fixed it and he said if i wanted to go back then i had to master space travel or something

there were like monsters and stuff last time but i think we cleared them all out. youve got extra swords though? what would trade them for?

No? I don't have any swords because this is the 21st century and most people don't have swords.

lots of people have swords! i can list like five people off the top of my head who has swords!

We're not in some fifteen year old Bunkers and Badasses campaign; I don't own a sword.

i think everybody should own a sword. theyre super useful and i cant believe i never had one before either

Do I need to report you to the authorities if that's something you need regularly?

In any case, what sections specifically did you find hard to get through? Oh and you're a teenager I'm sure but you mean Maurice is young, yes?

no i mean theres a lot of words so i skimmed through and just read the stuff in bold
but yeah hes the intern and interns are supposed to be high schoolers and college students right? he sent us all sorts of weapons through the mailbox over the summer but said we had to give them back- you should include that too: hes helpful but no fun

Wait, that mailbox existed at the time? The same one we all use now?

no it was the one near the zoo, not the waffle house
i think its bc we were going to die wo him so he made it closer

Wow, you guys had it rough in August. I'm not sure we were ever in that dire of straights. But when we also didn't get supplied weapons.

wait what were you doing if you werent fighting giant 50ft tall monsters like we were doing all aug what the heck

There we monsters around (none of them that big that I personally saw) but the main goal was getting keys to unlock a library and free a man trapped within there.

I played a mimic game with skeletons.
