Attached: Guide to Retrospec and Related Issues

Hello everyone. If you know or don't know me my name is Elda Marker (as you can see from the username) and I've been on this app since May. It's been increasingly frustrating to me to have to disseminate large amounts of information to people who weren't here for August or just explaining the basics of the basics to new people who are added to the app every other month.

And so I've taken upon myself to make a guide for Retrospec and the related information that we've amassed.

Obviously though, I don't know everything. If you have information that I don't, if some of the information is confusing to you, or if some of my information is incorrect, please feel free to step forward with that information. For the time being I'm going to keep editing it personally just so that the information remains controlled in one spot (so as to not make conflicting narratives) but I highly recommend that you download this guide so that if I am removed from the app you can continue to edit it after I don't remember making it.

I hope that this guide will be helpful for those of you who are currently confused or for better informing new people added to the app in future. Obviously, this can't be just a link and forget type thing, as there is a *lot* of information, but the hope would be it could a resource.

Of course. Every month it gets a little more tedious, and I've been around since March.

I'm going to attach a link for you, of something I have uploaded onto a dozen websites, in case something happens to me and I slip off the network for whatever reason. It's a video I took in August, when I ended up in space, or a section of Unreality that pretended to be a space station.

I've found that showing it to people who have a hard time understanding just how weird things can be. The other individual in the video, Seto Kaiba, is presently off the network but he gave permission to distribute this. If it's something that you think will help, feel free to use it.

Privately, she wonders... she wishes she had asked Toushiro more emphatically what he went through. Ie she should push Silver or Wesker a little more. In the end- She nods to herself. She's not sure where it fits in but, ]

Additionally, I believe I still have recordings of the attack on the convention center that started in late July. The monsters. I haven't uploaded it anywhere, that seems a little tacky, but I can make clips from that available to you, if you want it for this.

No, please do. That's good for the historical record. I'm not really one for filming things so I only have a handful of shots of this or that personally and a picture's got to be worth at least a good paragraph or three from me.

There were four main groups in the other worlds, right? You called it unreality, were told it was outside reality. Did you get more information about where you were from, or did it miss it somewhere?

I'll get you those videos at some point soon. I want to edit them a little before I put them up anywhere. To make sure their isn't anything inappropriate.

And yes that's correct as far as I know. I know that the police had a meeting about it and discussed it all at length, but I was not privy to that.

As for the rest, do you mean where I was from in the past life, or do you mean something else?

No, I meant that space you vanished to in the first place. I was on Team Brandywine, trying to get you all back. We were told you were outside reality. I'm asking if you heard specifically that you were in unreality anywhere. If so, that would add a new twist to trying to work out what unreality is.

And of course that makes sense on the footage.

They just had a meeting afterwards about it all.

And oh, yes. Actually there was a sphinx that said that was where we were I think. The details were a little fuzzy because she talked a lot and my whole group was out of a really tense situation where we were chased by a mad scientist. Ms. Sandiego might be the best person to ask for specifics there, if you're up for chasing leads. She was the most calm by far.

Were you there with Elizabeth Velveteen?

I was, yes. She and I weren't really partnered much, though.

Then I'll ask her and maybe that Sandiego woman too. Both of those are good tips.

Yes, I joined during the second batch of users.

Alright, so you can tell me the timing of some of the changes to the world I don't know about or don't know the origins of.

I don't remember exactly. Those first few weeks were really, really hectic. It may have been late Feb and I lost the app for a week or something.

And yes, I can. What do you need to know?

Everything.

I don't know what happened before May other than things which lasted into it and afterwards. What little monthly events happened there, or when things like the fruits started. I'm thinking adding dates would be good.

Okay.

I know horses vanished on Founder's Day. The day the app first appeared.

The freaky fruit started in March. Also that month, people's secrets started getting shared with the network at large. Either via the internet or via the paparazzi that would follow you around. There was also a city wide blackout in March.

April was pretty low key. I don't recall anything weird happening.

And then May happened and everyone shrunk. Also those weird flowers started cropping up. The Echo Flowers?

Normal paparazzi? How do you mean secrets?

I remember the flowers, I got called to the woods by them.

I guess so? I don't get them very often but it happens sometimes.

And I mean innermost thoughts and feelings. Things nobody else should know.

How can paparazzi get that? And I think you're missing my point. Were they Retrospex employees to you think or people from the city suckered in by some narrative or another?

I do not know how they could. What I do know is that some things I've never said out loud appeared in a video of me online.

I don't know if they were employees though. They looked like normal people to me, but they were asking questions related to the video that went up. Which, again, I never made. I don't want to assume they worked for the company, but the company definitely had a hand in sharing that secret.

Was the video *of* you saying it?

Yes. It was.

The video has been taken down, and I'm not sharing. I'm sorry, it's way, way too personal. But the fact remains that it existed at all.
