Hello everyone. If you know or don't know me my name is Elda Marker (as you can see from the username) and I've been on this app since May. It's been increasingly frustrating to me to have to disseminate large amounts of information to people who weren't here for August or just explaining the basics of the basics to new people who are added to the app every other month.

And so I've taken upon myself to make a guide for Retrospec and the related information that we've amassed.

Obviously though, I don't know everything. If you have information that I don't, if some of the information is confusing to you, or if some of my information is incorrect, please feel free to step forward with that information. For the time being I'm going to keep editing it personally just so that the information remains controlled in one spot (so as to not make conflicting narratives) but I highly recommend that you download this guide so that if I am removed from the app you can continue to edit it after I don't remember making it.

I hope that this guide will be helpful for those of you who are currently confused or for better informing new people added to the app in future. Obviously, this can't be just a link and forget type thing, as there is a *lot* of information, but the hope would be it could a resource.

The two times I had those weird memory dreams I was a mouse in them... the first time I was being chased by a cat, and the second time I was talking to this old rat and reading about my husbands death.

It was strange... Johnathans name was still Johnathan.

That's unsettling, Elizabeth. That might be a thing you need to be afraid of.

I am afraid!! But I dont think I can do anything.

All you could do would be to pre-prepare your house and you loved ones. Letting them know in advance and stockpiling things you might need then. Ways to get around, for example.

I dont know how im going to explain to my sons that I might turn into a mouse... oh!! Ill have to make myself clothes.

You should still tell them, though. It's better than it just happening one day and they need to deal with it afterwards.

We'll still be looking into ways to stop it, of course, but for now it makes sense to prepare for if it happens.

I told my oldest about the first memory but weve never really talked. Ill probably have to sit them down...

Fine, fine. But honestly, I'm quite capable!

Still! And we havent done anything since your birthday, maybe we should try to do something besidesfret about all this.

I need to know more people my own age who aren't the same old group.

What do you like to do?

Oh, I'm a litttle boring I think. I like to sew and make things, and I like going to movies with my kids. Theyve said I need new hobbys.

Do you jog at all?

I dont see why I cant start!

In terms of things I do I ice skate sometimes and I jog daily. I also have been a big self-defense class advocate and I like reading. I just figured I could see some movies or shows with you, but we could also do morning jogs sometime.

That sounds nice! I could make us some lunch after the run. And book clubs are popular these days right? Maybe we should try one.

No idea, but that's sure an idea! Hell, we could try out something actually strange like those fancy board games they have these days

Oh and I'm part of the Dreadful Women's Adventure Club. heard of it?

No! What on earth is a dreadful woman club??

It's a group which is supposed to meet up once a month (but we've been pushing it back lately) to make sure that people go out and do interesting things. Chocobo riding, sky diving, a murder mystery. That sort of thing!

sky diving sounds too scary but the rest seems really fun!

Right!

This young woman named Minako Arisato organizes things, but I've been trying to help more.
