i know that a lot of crazy things happened in the city this month but can you believe valentine's day is in a little over two weeks?
do any of you have special plans? do you have someone you like? admire? have a crush on?

feelings are hard to control
you can try to act normal and what you do with your feelings is up to you
no one can force you to act on them if that's not what you want
but you never know
if you feel this way your friend could feel the same way too? it's a chance you can take when you think it's become too much
feelings can fade over time too but if you really like this person... it's hard to say one way or another
love is something that should be cherished!
and i would treasure the friendship no matter what!

It was a thing that made rational people act in ridiculous ways, if Leon and his own romantic tendencies were any indication.

What DO you do with those feelings, then? If you don't... really know what to do with them, and you can't act like normal? Or never had them before? Or don't want to ruin your friendship entirely because this friend... isn't good at noticing things?

If you had to deal with something like this, I mean.

[He's being vague because he really doesn't want to get further into it, due to her being a total stranger on Retrospec, but she is good at providing a neutral viewpoint on this. ~~that is, unless Li-Na told Chiyo about her cousin being cute over another girl, which in this case he's just boned all over~~]

well if that friend isn't great at noticing those feelings then you should have time to figure it out!
if they're oblivious that gives you some safety even though i think that makes it agonizing sometimes too?
because sometimes i panic and feel too much and want them to notice my feelings
and even if you can't act completely like normal your friend should be understanding if you tell them you're dealing with something important that you're not ready to talk about yet (if they ask if you want to talk about it)
and i think if your friend is your friend your friendship shouldn't be ruined by that
maybe it'll be awkward for a while but your friendship shouldn't be ruined! because friendship is important and i would work hard to keep that friendship even if the feelings aren't returned
