however annotated next to the groups will be the information that group one is going to pesgare, group two is going to respartum, group three is going to bosuma, and group four is going to magatus.]

How would you like to help us help you out? Your observation period's up and I want you on this particular assignment. You'll be fine, you're probably not going to die, and we'll be able to monitor you from here. We need help. You've got the skills needed even if you don't know it yet. I know it and that's what counts.

You'll be working with a group (wish I could give you the names, still putting the lists together), but your assignment partner is [INSERT RANDO HERE]. Should you choose to accept this assignment, you will need to meet at the [LOCATION] and we'll go from there.

I was worried about that, too, especially with all those talk of storms. I'm not sure how I could have passed an "evaluation" for combat, though. I hope he has a good time.

Then you're probably up pretty high... though the aurora, that's surprising. It would be nice if this was a vacation. A real picture opportunity. The world really is beautiful, after all.

It's some sort of industrial center. There's a lot of metalwork and machinery.

Plenty of hardworking citizens. It seems, in fact, that working hard is what makes up most of their lives. I assume they must export a lot of their goods somewhere, but for these places to have remain undiscovered beforehand, I question their isolation.

I'll also reiterate: It's very hot.

If that's true, the implications would be troubling. And yet, I think you're right. What we know about anything "outside" seems to be beyond our control. But then, I've never left the city, so I'm not sure how it is for people who have.

I'll hold you to it. That'll keep me going. You can get the ice cream, and I'll buy you a coffee.
