Hi everyone! Sorry, I know this is going to be kind of a mundane request, since I'm sure it's been asked before. But, is anyone offering self-defense lessons? I'd really like to start learning, since it seems like an important thing to know.

I guess this is only kind of related, but I'm mostly just curious. Do you have powers, like everyone's been saying? What do they do? I can't imagine how I'd feel if I woke up one day with superpowers! I'm kinda surprised I don't see more people in capes!

Anyway, thanks! I hope everyone is staying safe out there!

I guess people thought 'weapons practice' just didn't sound exciting enough. But at the same time 'fight club' kind of gives off the wrong impression.

Not everyone feels compatible with fighting, and that's okay. But like you said, it's good to learn how to defend yourself. Regular self-defense lessons are easy enough to look into. Most places that offer them will let you sit in for a lesson or two for free, so you can see if the teaching style will be a good match for you.

You don't have to be brave. Just curious.

It is weird to think about. No one really knows how they'll react when faced with an altercation. Will they fight or will they run? Good thing is, both answers are correct.

Exactly. It's more important to make sure you are safe than to take down the 'bad guy'. Things can be replaced; your life cannot.
