Kara Ellis shared a photo. 2/23 near Recolle U.

So Retrospec sent me a cape. Weird, huh? Had a little fun with Photoshop since it makes me feel like some sort of hero, and it's definitely an upgrade from the towels I wore as a kid. Has anyone else gotten something like this? It feels way, way more significant than just a bit of cloth, but hell if I know why.

I could come up with a few reasons as to why.
But I don't think that you wish for them.
Indeed, there are those that are developing powers.
I can't say that I'm particularly interested in them, but those are my feelings.
