I was nice to her, I gave her clothes and dolls and swords, whatever she wanted. She just had to get my coffee. I think it was more than fair.

That is not the exchange. You agree to be on call for coffee whenever I want it, and *then* I give you whatever else you want based on my own hobbies and things I already do.

[ what with the unpleasant stereotypes associated with the homeless, and his manner of dress, can he blame her? --yes. he will. it's the fact that he knows that that's meant to insult him, and nothing to do with being associated with the homeless itself, that has him irritated; he bites his tongue, thankful how much easier it is to keep cool over text. ]
