I think any name would be good, as long as you put some thought behind it and both you and your cat is happy with it.

Even after naming my sixteenth cat, I still took a whole day to think of the right name for them. It's a name that they keep forever so it's important to take your time on it.

I used to, if you're not counting the strays around my house.

I gave four of them away to other owners so I only have twelve right now.

Japanese in general is difficult if you don't practice it on a regular basis, but I think you could say that about all languages.

I'm fluent in it, but that's only because my mother insisted on it even once we moved to America.
